1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Safety Signs & Equipment website and services. By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the Website
Use this site only for lawful purposes. Provide accurate contact details and update them when necessary. You must be of legal age to enter into contracts. Attempts to access our systems or disrupt services are strictly prohibited.
3. Products & Orders
All orders are subject to stock availability. We may limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Colors, designs, and dimensions shown online may vary slightly from the actual products. Prices may change without notice and are quoted in Rands unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments, Delivery & Shipping
A 50% deposit or full payment is required before we process your order, and full payment must clear before dispatch. We deliver only within South Africa; international shipping must be arranged by you.
Estimated delivery:
- Dispatch within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Gauteng: 1–3 working days.
- Rest of SA: 3+ working days.

Overnight delivery is not a service we provide but can be arrange with your own courier.
Shipping costs vary by weight, method, and destination. Extra fees may apply for remote or oversized deliveries. We accept special instructions when placed upfront.
5. Returns & Credits
Notify us within 7 working days if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Damaged or wrong items are returnable at our cost. Refunds will have a R50 administration fee unless the refund is due to a fault on Safety Signs & Equipment's side. A 10% handling fee (min. R50) applies unless it’s our mistake. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items and special buy-ins are non-returnable once approved. For customer order errors, return shipping is deducted from credit.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability, precision, or freedom from viruses. We are not liable for any damages caused by use of the site or its content, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property & Submissions
All content on our website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Safety Signs & Equipment (Pty) Ltd or our licensors.

We reserve the right to amend errors—such as pricing or descriptions—even after an order is placed. If that happens, we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

11. Modifications & Waivers
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use indicates your acceptance of the revisions. No waiver of any default is effective unless in writing. If a clause is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
