Returns Policy
1. Reporting Issues
Please notify us of any issues with your order within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Standard items may be returned within 7 days in original condition with prior written approval; a 10% handling fee applies (minimum of R50), except where the cancellation is due to a fault on the part of Safety Signs & Equipment (Pty) Ltd.
2. Store Credit vs. Refunds
If an item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we'll issue you store credit, replacement or a refund (including associated return shipping costs).
Refunds will incur a R50 administration fee,
except where the cancellation is due to a fault on the part of Safety Signs & Equipment (Pty) Ltd.
3. Handling Fees
Returned items are subject to a 10% handling fee, with a minimum charge of R50, except where the cancellation is due to a fault on the part of Safety Signs & Equipment (Pty) Ltd.
4. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Custom-made items and special buy-ins are non-returnable once you’ve approved the design, specification, or purchase.
5. Customer Order Errors
If the return is due to an error in ordering by the customer, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We cover return shipping costs—and provide full credit or replacement—if the product was damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied by us.
