Sectorial Determination 9: Wholesale & Retail Sector - Poster

The employment of all retail and wholesale workers is governed by this legislation, a copy of which must be kept available in such workplaces at all times, as required by section 58 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. It determines minimum wages, working hours, leave entitlement and termination rules.
